1. Soak 1 cup of multi grain rice in water for 30 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
2. Add rice to pan and add 1 1/2 cups of water or broth.
3. Bring to boil over medium heat. When mixture starts to boil over, cover with lid and reduce heat 4. Simmer 20 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed. Let multi grain rice sit for 5 minutes then fluff with fork and serve
